Phillipi Estate Park
Phillipi Estate Park is located East of Siesta Keys, Florida, and sits just off the shore of Phillipi Estate Creek. This park offers a broad view of the history of Florida and holds over 60 acres of land. Once the home and plantation of Edson Keith, this park preserves the rich history of our nation.
The Edson Keith mansion is open for visitations, corporate meetings, community, and cultural events and can also be reserved for weddings and receptions. Also on the property are the old carriage house, laundry building, farmhouse, and rose garden.
Because the park is located just off the shoreline, visitors can enjoy boating, kayaking, and canoeing. As a bonus, fishing is available on the pier to those who have permits.
For those less inclined to wade into moving water, trails, paved and unpaved, run across the entirety of the 60-acre estate. There are also options for group walks at sunset and sunrise for those visitors who are early risers or night owls.
Wildlife and bird viewing are encouraged during your time at this beautiful park. Picnic shelters, benches, and playgrounds for children have been added to allow visitors to rest, take in the scenery, and enjoy the day at Phillipi Estate Park.
